EAD for family
1 main & 3 dependants - all expiring 10/09/08
should i refile for all as none of us are using it or just renew mine - please advise

There is no need of renewing for all of them. If they are not using, it is waste of money.

Actually, it depends. EAD can also be useful in Driver's licence renewal, in proving that you have pending AOS, in getting SSN (once off). Some kind of work even if volunteer is still considered working so EAD is needed. An opportunity might come in the future for your dependents, who knows, like be an actor in Hollywood..hehe!
It depends whether you need it for other situations as well.
