I140 approve in Dec 2006.
I485 receipt date 3 Nov 06
As USCIS site current processing date (Dec 06) already crossed receipt date (Nov 2006)
No LUD on I485 since Oct 2006.
Called USCIS, told me that i will get a status update in 45 days.
Just wanted to know if anyone else in the same situation?
Am I stuck in security check?

I dont see any EB-1 from got cleared from TSC after Jan, 2007. I do see many cases have been approved for EB-2 (India)cases whose PD is before 2004. That indicates PD is important than RD.

Almost same case here. Texas service center
Semi-concurrent filing on 14-Nov-06. I-140 approved Dec 06.
Caleed USCIS. They asked to wait for 30 days and then go for infopass. Infopass appointment is this friday. Not very hopeful though.

My case is overdue also at TSC. LUD was Sept. 2006. I called USCIS on 8/24/07 and was told to wait for update within 45 days. Sadly, I haven't got a response yet. I called the same number last week, and I was told my case was assigned on 9/20/07. Seems like they are doing something on my case at least. Hope it help.

so it might be that our cases are just pending at USCIS and not stuck in security check.

My case is pending in TSC (I-485, EB1-EA) since Nov 2006. I am stuck in name check. Just wondering how the name check for the folks who applied in June-July is getting cleared so soon, irrespective of country of birth ???????
