I'm trying to add my 485 receipt number to my portfolio, but I'm getting the following errors -
Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
* Customer Portfolio Insert Failed
* Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number.
I485 application wasn received on August 17, 2007 and the notice date is October 13, 2007. Is anyone else having similar problems?

that means your app is not in the online system yet, since the notice date is Oct 13, quite new. Wait 30 days from Oct. 13...

your dates are very similar to mine and I am also facing the same issue, USCIS is asking me to wait for about 15 days more to be able to see anything online.

had trouble with my daughters EAD receipt number - receipt date August 16th Notice date October 16th - tried since last thursday to enter the number - now today when I enter it comes up with CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED
So hang in there it is coming

I have the same notice dates 13th oct and my case is not online yet. I am guessing may take 2 more weeks. just hang on .

I am in the same boat, applied for 140/485/765/131. It was received on Aug. 17th and notice date Oct 13th. Case still not online and no FP notice.

The only receipt that I have been able to add in my portfolio is for I-765.
I applied for my 485 and 140 together along with 485 application for my son and wife. Also, I applied for AP, for all three of us and EAD for myself and my wife.
I received -
# All my receipt notices.
# All receipt notices for my wife, except for EAD.
# None for my son.
Looks like there is lot of inconsistency in issuing receipts and enabling receipt numbers to be viewed online.

Its so funny, first we wait for the receipts, then we wait for them to be online, then we wait for LUDS , then we wait for approval emails, then we wait to receive actual approvals in hand.....:-)
USCIS is loaded with work and my guess is they are trying hard to keep up the pace........but no matter what, its frustrating!
My cases atill invalid online .
