Topic: Check out these 2 NSC, EB3, July 2nd filers!!!!!! - Congrats!
Congrats to kurup65 and rathna1 !!!! Happy Holidays.
Interesting approvals to be sure.
Congratulations!! USCIS has quite a concept for FIFO processing.
There is no way these can be true!!!
I am very happy for them. On the other hand people like us waiting for this long and I was told that my NC is cleared. So how are these cases approved? Since it is against to Processing Time and VB! One thing for sure that these approvals are from Nebraska. Looks like lot of EB2 from Texas and EB3 from Nebraska.
THESE CAN NOT BE TRUE...IF THERE ARE TRUE..I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY...PLEASE CONFIRM IF THERY ARE TRUE
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
Interesting indeed i don't know why we are looking at VB or processing times, there's hope for everyone spooky.
If this is true, one thing is for sure that neither Visa bulletin nor processing times has any relevance from now on. Looks like USCIS is just randomly picking up application from stack of millions and saying " oh jesus" this looks good, I like the color, let me approve this.
Congrats to both of you guys and hope everybody here get theirs too as soon as possible.
What we can say is WOW... and congratulations.... hope our application will be the next.... hope that they not do the raffle...
where do you see this members info ?
VPtracker,
Can you please point to the threads for EB3 approvals?
Thansk
Looks like rathna1 has changed the Labor filing date from 17 March 2006 to 17 Mar 2002
I don't believe kurup65's case. It got to be cross-chargebility. If not, it's so much like raffle at best, or even worse.
My bad, my original labor filing date is 2002. I refiled in 2006, but kept original priority date.
Thanks everyone! I am thrilled to get both 140 & 485 approved the same day! Wish everyone luck!
Congrats and thanks for updating your PD! Still a very impressive approval nonetheless, it is good to see a NSC July approval! Enjoy your long awaited GC! :O)
Rathna1,
Congrats on your freedom approval:-) Can you please update more details like if you had any LUDs recently! Thanks!!
rathna1,
Congratulations! you have mentioned you refiled in 2006 , so did u file in EB2 second time and port the PD, if so then the approval is as per VB.
thanks in advance
Congrats kurup65. Can you share the type of expedite request and emergency? Thanks!!
rathna1,
thanks for the reply, Celebrate and a Have a party this weekend ! :)
I can understand all the frustration this wait must have brought..Its all over now, Enjoy!
you would find the category on your I140 ..Please update your profile if you find out ..
All the best.

Another one:
user lgong - Labor Filing Date: 16 Dec 2001
Well i dont believe either of these cases are EB3. I think the posters dont know exactly the category or the PD

Nebraska is on a roll! Woo hoo.. lol Well maybe, but still good seeing July cases getting touched! (even if some are expedited!)
Absolutely. Very happy to see EB3 approvals.
i agree , i have a PD date of Jan 2002 EB3 India and my 140 was approved in March , and i filed 485 in June 07 and my name check is cleared as of Dec 10 , they are not sure of their actual EB cat
anyways congrats to both of you .
Check this approval "bonusbuy2" ....Amazing isn't it?
kurup65,
how do you expedite your application?
Both of these characters - rathna1 and kurup65 - are clearly fake. Someone else, bored to death, is playing a childish game of fake cases on this forum. Both of them have registered on trackitt only today (!) within minutes of each other. For what? To tell us that their GC were approved also today, and both of them in violation of a "current PD approval" rule. Moreover, their login patterns strangely follow each other within minutes. I don't know who is the actor playing the roles of "rathna1" and "kurup65" but you are not a good actor to fool everybody. Please stop abusing this important site with fake cases, however entertaining it might be for you. I wish an admin would check an IP address of rathna1 and kurup65 logins and compare with others to tell us who is the real author of this comedy act.

Lgong , china EB3 approval also looks suspicious to me

Oh! Cmon the guy waited seven long years to get GC it could very well be a genuine case. If I were handing out GCs I would give him an extra one just for hanging on to the thin string of hope for so so long......

Burkino-
I feel you are on the money for this one. On the other hand out of turn approvals are not that strange especially from USCIS. It happened to one of our coworker PD of 2003 or 2004 (not sure of the year) EB2 . The approval came in late Nov/early Dec. Now, it could very well be that this dude got approved when his PD was current and chose to disclose to the coworkers a bit late.
AustinAJ, I'm a scientist and I know a theory of probability. Everything is probable with USCIS. However, the probability of 3 people, all registering on trackitt just today at the same time, all receiving GC approvals today, all getting them with non-current PD, and all rushing to share these news with trackitt members at the same time, where they, presumably, have never been before, is much smaller than a probability of me or you hitting a jackpot in a powerball lottery. When a completely new person (kurupt65) post his first message ever just 3 minutes after his login, this tells me, that he is not new at all. He knew beforehand, which forum to go, which thread to click to find the discussion of his case, and what and how to reply. It is very EASY for each of them to prove that they are real: give their 485 receipt numbers. There is no personally identifiable info in the receipt numbers but it is trivial to prove the ND (from receipt # itself) and AD (from uscis website). Are they ready to do that?
i agree with you i think this is prank. there is no way in that someone on EB3 with PD of 2005 and 2006 will get approve.
these case can actually be a base to bring lawsuit against uscis. i don't think I/Os are that stupid that they will even touch cases with PDs 2005 and 2006.
besides this would be illegal ............period.
so you are saying you don't even know if its EB3 or EB2, come on dude they send you reciepts for I-140 and I-485 which clearly tell you about the category. even if your are EB2, still you can't get approved.
so why don;t u do everyone favor and explain the details.
We (my husband and I) requested expedite request due to extreme emergency situation and USCIS approved it. Luckily things work out for us. Can't say too much other than that.
Thanks for all the well wishes.
Can you specify what kind of emergency did you say. I would like to know if this is possible and what are the criterias for it. This will be useful information to people who qualify.
that is true its not a real case , how can some one not remember what cat EB he/she has filed his case in , i have waited 5 years for my Labor to be certified and i still remember everything , rathna1 does not remember the EB cat or PD date , really , that can never happen , and how come some one who has filed PD in 2002 and 485 in July 07 not log as member of trackitt earlier why would you the day your 485 is approved , it just cannot happen , since i have registered on IV,Immigration Portal and here , and its been a while.
How come rathna1 and kurup65 registered from the same IP address within 29 minutes of each other? Who is kurup65?
Is IMMI1 also registered from the same ip address all three seem to be talking same topic's and all registered today( strange.)
There is no such user as IMMI1.
rathna1 just deleted her post above.
There was they changed it to dress and then deleted there posts also.
It was under (How to port priority date from EB3 to EB2 )
User dress has the same IP address as rathna1 and kurup65. We'll delete these users and their discussions/cases shortly.
OMG!!!
What a waste they are.
Thank you Trackitt; you are as always so quick off the mark.
Shame on you guys for posting BS like that. A perverted way of having fun that's for sure...Bunch of plonkers!
Good on you guys who weeded them out. I certainly hope for all our sakes they don't try it again.
Now, good luck to all of us and congrats to those who actually do get a real approval!
Cheers,
LRIndy.

I think i just found another one (Proteinbound) i just reported them. Posted under RFE on I-485
why is proteinbound bogus? at least the IP address is different and the user is posting genuine questions.
Users dress, rathna1, kurup65 have been deleted.
Pity, one must be very desperate and lead a miserable life, if ones only source of joy or entertainment is to mislead others and cause chaos in such fashion regarding such an important issue.
Pathetic.

I filed my I485 in Dec 2006. I looked at their current processing date and it's already half a year delayed. I email them to ask why. their answer is "Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 6 months of this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below" My husband filed it at the same time with me, but he got his I485 in six months. I need my I485 approved as soon as possible. what should I do? Please give me some advice.
Please let me know if anybody used any good excuse to expedite their I485? I know INS is not looking at my application, but they always lie to me. what do you think I should do? Thank you so much
