Has anyone got soft LUD on their I-140 this weekend after the server update? I got one on 12/22 on my already approved I-140. My I-131 was approved on 12/19 (soft LUDs on 12/19 and 12/20) and called NSC to confirm AP approval.

How do you know when you get a soft LUD? I have a receipt # but don't have an understanding of the process and how to check for this type of info..sorry I can't help you but if you could give me info that would be appreciated..new to this process..Thanks

Go to this website and create a customer account. You can then create a portfolio online and watch the progress (or not) as your case(s) are processed.
When your logged in, you will see one column that is the 'Last Updated Date'. When this date changes without a message status change, it is called a 'soft lud'. If this date change and is accompanied by a message status change and/or email, this is called a 'hard lud'

I got a soft LUD on my previously approved I-140 this weekend. But not sure if that means anything..I also got several LUD in December on my pending 485 applications.

I too got soft LUD on 12/22/07 on I140, which was approved in Jan-2006. Wondering what they are doing on my I140 that was approved almost two years ago.

Does the LUD change even in I-485 cases transferred to the local offices like chicago from the nebraska service center??

I got soft LUD on my approved I-140 on same date 12/22 .I don't what it means .,I already got EAD,and AP also.

I got a soft LUD on I-140 on 12/22/07. My I-140 is pending since a RFE reply on 7/30/07. Priority Date 4/30/01, received on 10/2/06. I am pretty sure the LUD happened on late afternoon.

Do you know what? We all can track our cases if we provide EB1, EB2 and EB3 and the PD's. Thats helps lot of people to know what is going on in the processing times....

Its is no wonder get the LUD 's on pending cases.But approved 140's and approved H1 's getting LUD is bit diffrenet.My PD is july 2006.
