My !/485 was filed on 05/21/2007 while my wife's was delayed due to the fact that she lost her passport. Her was mailed on 06/25/2007. Mine is EB3 and I/140 was approved. I had my FP on 06/18/2007. Will somebody please tell me if I will have a problem with my wife's approval? What will happen if my I/485 gets approved before her's is received? Thanks a lot My PD is 4/27/2001 EB3

What is your wife's visa status? Is she on H-1 or H-4?
The moment your I-485 is approved, you're no longer on H-1 status. So if your wife is on H-4, then her H-4 status is not valid any more. If your wife is on an independent H-1 that is valid, then she should be ok.
