Finally it is approved. There was no update whatsoever since 140/485 was filed on 10/14/06. (yeah 140 was approved on 10/19/06 through premium processing). No RFE nothing!

So, you didn't see any LUD since October?
I'm in a similar situation. My I-485 last LUD was on February. Since them no more LUDs. Even a change of address didn't trigger a LUD.

My I-485 is approved on July 10, 2007. I guess they are still approving I485 cases. I sent copies of i-94 as requested back to them late June/early July. Last LUD was June 14 for the RFE.

There was no lud whatsoever. I guess my company lawyer did a good job with all the docs. I did talk to NSC this morning, the nice lady said there are a lot cases that are under review for available visas. I confirmed they will approve more cases in the next two months. It's only a matter of deciding whether your app has all the required elements. If you unfortunately do not have the NC cleared, then you might have to wait until next year. Otherwise your time should come soon.

can you share you 140 received date and 485 received date? and also which category (EB2 /EB3) and which country you belong to... just trying to get an idea on what 485s are still being approved.

140/485 are received on 10/12/06 although the official receipt date was 10/14/06. EB 2 from China.
Yours should be approved soon!

My I-485 was approved on 7/11/07 and I got email notice this morning (7/12/07).
