Good Luck!!!!!!!!!
|
Problem with USCIS case status system?
|
I'd bet on tomrrow PM as well.
I've been tracking & recorded the dates when VB came out in the past 12 months & came up with an observation; it never comes out after the 10th working day of the month and most often it is on the 9th working day => tomorrow.
As for the dates themselves, none of my 'models/prediction' turned out to be true so I won't make any.
Good luck to you all

Hi,
Could someone pls tell me why some of you think that EB2 India could be anything than "U" in April VB. Have not all the visa numbers for India EB2 already spent couple of months ago?
Could someone pls clarify. Thanks.
|
Just B'cause yours is EB2 and PD June 2001 in April visa bulletin it moves ?
|
hey meanboygc,
seems like you are not prdicting but making your PD current!!!!!!!!!
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!
LOL. i wish i could then i will do EB2 India as Aug 2001. I wanted to go by the thing that lawyer predicted as 12/2003.. but got a little conservative
|
There´s a quarterly target allocation of around 28% of visa numbers...this means between Q1 and Q2 India should have been allocated 56% already (maybe more because 38% were allocated in Q1), this means there´s still room for 4,312 more visas (46% x 9,800)...for the next two quarters between Eb1,Eb2 and Eb3

|
there was a link from almost 4 weeks back predicting that eb2 will move to 12/2003 and that is why this belief. Ron from the immigration site has been answering questions related to this. Hope he is true and what was said in the conference implemented.
|
EB2 India will become available on July to get unused EB1 visas. I feel the VB will not change except for EB3 RoW which will retrogress by one year. EB2 Row will get a date, instead of 'C'.
VB will be out tomorrow.
|
Luish, if this comes true.. there will be lot of happy people. But at the same time there will be so much choas at USCIS.. LOL
|
Why are you guys waste your and all other members time here.
if you could wait for 5-8 yrs for GC, why don't you wait for two more days..

Actually, you wasted your time when you posted here. We don't because we're enjoying it.
|
Hi meanboygc
Good Luck for you!!!
|
Because we having people who think we are wasting time...waste THEIR time...by asking why we are wasting our time
|
Hi all, is there any predictions on EB1 category..... i am having a feeling that the visas might be over for the EB1 category for Indians, any thoughts.........
|
I think EB1 will stay C until July or August.
|
Hi all, is there any predictions on EB1 category..... i am having a feeling that the visas might be over for the EB1 category for Indians, any thoughts.........
Don't worry! you will stay C for the rest of the year...you have to because many predict that your visa numbers will flow into EB2, the excess ones!!
|
My Prediction..
VB will come out on 03/14/2008
EB3 ROW - January 2006
EB2 China - Jan or March 03
EB3 China - no movement
EB2 India - U
EB3 India - Sep 01
EB3 Mexico - May 15 01
EB3 Phil - January 2006
|
looks like it will be tomorrow mostly, lets hope the dates move forward for most of us.. and see if we can get lucky in the next few months. good luck all
|
i will pray for EB2 india.
|
Wonder who is consuming the EB3 numbers for India in 2001 and early 2002.
Is there a way to guesstimate the pending applications? I know Trackitt has around 175 odd profiles.
|
I have no idea why USCIS is sitting on our applications without approving them
|
consulates are using all the visa numbers... I guess people who opted consular processing are winner
|
We will see atleast 4-6 month jump for EB3 in upcoing two months so hang on there, Here onwards every one months date will be avg jump of 1.5 month. I am very nervous don't know what to do. This thing & VB is very crazy!!! I am tired so tired! it si difficult to take anymore.
|
1 month forward for everybody...
|
Yeah, I also think Consular Process is eating the GC. There are also a lot stuck in CP process because in the past years, almost all GCs goes to AOS.
|
if pd for eb2 won't be 12/2003 ---> uscis server will crash with all its disk arrays.
|
Guys, stop talking trash here; EB2 India is moving to 12/2003, there is not even a contest there. This has been discussed several times before so let's not throw out suggestions like "U".
EB3 ROW will move ahead; I have no clue on EB3 India.
|
Prediction..
VB will come out between any time on Friday 14th......
EB3 ROW - No Movement 01 Jan 2005
EB2 China - Jan 03
EB3 China - Dec 15 02
EB2 India - still U
EB3 India - Aug 15 01
EB3 Mexico - May 15 01
EB3 Phil - No Movement 01 Jan 2005
|
Not sure what the point of this thread is...
It seems like everyone is shooting blindly in the dark here...
Why can't we just wait and let the VB bulletin itself tell what the cut off dates will be for next month?!
|
I dont think that USCIS will again keep all the category current but they may move all the PDs to 2006 or 2007. My prayer is to move EB3 India to June 2006... Lets wait and see the status of the 'hanging dagger'.
|
I think this thread should be in the waiting lounge.
If you asked me it would be current forever going forward. Go and enjoy your life as if you never bothered about it!
My good wishes for all!
|
No chance for EB3 to reach June2006. Any major jump can only be for last quarter only if there is spill over.
June2006 EB3 India doesnt have any chance until congress passes some new law.
My guess EB2 India - December/April 2003.
EB3 India - August 2001 +- 3 moths
If USCIS dint make any progress for EB3 India, DOS will have to advance the cut off dates for EB3 india as fresh quota will be assigned for 3rd quarter beginning April 1st2008. The current cut off date means that there were enough applicants to exhaust EB3 india quota for 2nd quarter ending March2008. So August 2001 cutoff means that there were enought applicants with PD less than August 2001 to exhaust second quarter EB3 india quota.
If USCIS couldnt pick up EB3 India cases DOS would have to further advance the dates. If USCIS would have processed then DOS would have to retrogress the Aug2001 date.
April visa bulletin will indicate what USCIS did for EB3 India until now.
Remember per quarter quota is very low for EB3 India, the law provides that no more than 27% of the available
visas may be issued in any of the first three fiscal quarters. So from January to March
only 757 visas are available for EB3 India, EB3 India and EB1 India. Thats why EB2 was already exhausted as they finished the 757 cases
Unused numbers from the first three quarters are returned to the State
Department for allocation in the fourth quarter. As a result, historically, about 40% of all
immigrant visas are issued in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year.
|
Good explanation.... I had this question from long time about how the whole process works.. Thx very much

It's from Mumbay Consulate Site
