Provide a link to where Ron wrote, someone used ron's name and said it will move up. Since last time he wrote something for april VB that user has made up stuff for July. Moreover i am sure ron will not predict anything himself. So i conclude this is a bogus made up thread.

What he said for April VB was 'the news he heard from some official"..but this time looks like someone using his name for this prediction. whtever, lets just not hope too much..or give up too soon...be patient..

Luish - I agree with you - there cannot be any spill-over from EB3 ROW categroy - there is a backlog there as well! I don't know what excesses some people are speaking about.
