Any one have issue with electronic filing with spouse new SSN instead of ITIN?

MY e-Filing got rejected two times.

any help?

Are you trying to give electronic signature ?. Try to e-file and follow-up with mailing a form with signature. Turbo tax will allow you to do this.

you can enter AGY=$0 for your wife..some of my friends tried this option and fot accepted.
But, I signed the 8453-OL and sent it to IRS. But, this option may be too late for you.
So, enter $0 for your wife with new SSN and enter actual AGI for u to get it through

You can't use new SSN for e-filing, regardless of it is primary or secondary's one. For the very first time you have got to use the paper filing method with the new SSN. Once the filing is accepted for that year, you would be eligible for the e-filing in the following years.

Got the AGY enter wrongly should be zero. Send sign form and got my refound back in February. I USED TURBO TAX.

That is not true.
I filed electronically succeslly (TaxCut), married filing jointly and my wife and son got their ssn just last month.

yes you are right. I am sorry i was not aware of this this new changes they have implemented recently.

Than you all. I did make the AGI of my spouse to 0 and tax filing accepted by IRS.
