I dont see any approvals for EB2 Texas rest of the world in 2006. All I see is, 01 - 04 and 07 approvals.
Mine is Sep 06 Eb2 rest of the world. Have not recieved any soft LUD since I filled my I485

I had applied in Dec 06. Got my approval last Friday.

I applied in Nov 2006, had LUD on 04/11/08 and 04/13/08 on I-485. I am expecting to hear good news this week.

I applied in November 06 using CC but haven't seen a thing on my case, opened two SR's but nothing. Odd thing my attorney received the receipt notice of my I-140 from 2006. My I-140 was approved in Aug, 2006. I have no idea what these guys are doing there at TSC.

Hummy, Those 2007 approvals are for people whose name checks were cleared....
The 2001-2004 approvals are for people who are stuck in name check and now can benefit from 180 days name check memo.... There is a huge backlog. I know an EB2 from 2004 in Texas that is still waiting....Imagine how many files are like that waiting for approval in Texas.....
I also know several of my EB2 2006 friends in Texas who are stuck in the name check and they are still waiting like you....
They should get to your cases though.... Hopefully the cases are all tagged by now.....

I also have not heard anything RD August 2006 Texas. No LUD nothing at all. Category EB2 rest of the world. The must have forgotten us.

Last LUD is 10/29/07. The one before that was 8/13/06. zma73, I see you are already approved.

I was an NIW.... NIWs have different adjudicators than EB2s.... and because the whole employment requirement is waived for NIWs it is much less paperwork.....and easier to get approved.... I have several EB2 friends who are stuck in Texas since 2006... It is very frustrating for them.... My friends still have 2006 LUDs after their fingerprint....

Was stuuck in NC since June 06. I have seen atleast 7-8 , 2006 RD cases approvals in last 2 weeks. Good luck to all. It seems that they are moving to 2006RD.
