Topic: EB2 India, PD 10 Dec 2003

Guys,

Any idea when I can expect approval? I'm current according to the May bulletin.

Every day is getting difficult now, because I have some immediate plans after receiving GC.

Thanks.

Is there something I can do to expedite the approval? I generally don't believe in calling or faxing USCIS, but if that's what it takes, I can do that as well. Any tips will be appreciated.

There are n number of posts stating that the IO office call followed by LUD's are very effective... In some cases the infopass apointment is also good... I wouldnt do those until its atleast one month old.

There are so many people on this forum with EB2 India with PD's before Dec 2003, in pending I-485 state. I don't stand a chance until they start getting approved. Only one guy with PD 18 Dec 2003 got approved back in Nov 2007, luckily.

I have a friend who had priority of Dec 28, 2003 and received date June 26, 2007 (sent on June 22, 2007) at TSC (ND - July 24, 2007). He got approved last week. He got email on May 3, 2008 for I-485 approval and then 2nd email on May 9, 2008 as card production ( as per him).

Thanks,

Does anyone see NSC little slower than TSC?

Another Dec 2003 person here. Just found out last week that my NC is still pending. So the wait is now indefinite. First stuck in BEC and now this :(

Me too....my PD is Nov 10, 2003.....it is frustrating...I know there are still many with PDs prior to this...however, I am afraid that they either might run out of visas or i might not be current for long...

Actually I got approved yesterday, and the card production was also ordered yesterday, according to USCIS automated notification. It's the best feeling I have had in many many years! The world looks different today!

I don't know why they are processing in random order. I have a US education, maybe that's why they looked at my case? I never contacted USCIS regarding my case, never took infopass.

Good luck to all!
