Wondering if anyone here filed for ead in june at Nebraska and actually recd. it.
Also, what is the process for getting SSN after EAD...thanks ...replies much appreciated.

my application received by uscis on 06/12 notice dates is 07/06 no EAD or AP

Is it 90 days after receive date or notice date (mine is a month apart on these) that one is suppose to receive EAD card by?

We were told our papers were probably transferred to TSC as we are in Florida. However our checks were chased today and they have LIN numbers!!! So our cases are in fact in NSC. We requested expedited processing and our papers were received at NSC on July 3rd.
We checked our LIN numbers online and it just says 'case received and pending'!

I just got a card production ordered email. My receipt date was June 15th. It took 90 days. BUT I contacted my congressman and had a representative from his office investigate my case number. I don't know if it helped but it certainly didn't hurt and made me feel like I was actually doing something.

Today is 94th day from my receipt day and we have not received EAD and AP approval.

It should be a wait period of 90 days before we can call. Ours is beyond 90 and will wait for a few more days to get a better update.

Infopass no longer give Intrim EAD, infact they can only send an email to NSC to process our EAD fast...

Most June filers are within the current I-765 current processing time which is May 24, 2007. So wait is the only option for most of us here.

processing time-last update they have is on 15th august so hopefully we will see new update in this week.

I will be glad to wrong if USCIS will ensure that there is a procedure in place to issue interim EADs after the 90-day deadline for adjudication.

Guys I was just wandering
checks are payable only 90 days since the date you wrote on it, after that time the bank will void payment
what will happen if Uscis decides to wait and dosent collect the checks before this time is up???

cks will be valid for six months so dont worry dude. uscis know these things. stay cool and enjoy the weather man. every body will get green card without a doubt. i been in usa since apl 2000. still i didnt go to my country. iam waiting for my AP and expecting in november. i hope atleast i will enjoy 2008 new yr with my parents. pray to god you will get it.

Vow! 7 years? You may get green card since your pd is 2003. RD is not considered it seems. Though my PD is current always I have been waiting for about a year for NC clearance.

Its hard to believe that they (Nebraska SC) are doing June 14 processing on Sept 15 date.
I am on day 92 and no LUD or email has happened yet on either AP or EAD.

Infopass appointments are a thing of the past. The only recourse you have is to go to your congressman and fill out necessary paperwork and request they investigate your case.

canuck1, could you kindly give some pointers as to how to contact our congressman? Is there a specific form to fill out? Or Do I need to call them up directly? Any advice will be appreciated.
