I have sent EAD application for my wife for renewal two months ago along with appropriate fee ( $345) and proper passport photos ( from costoco photo). Yet they rejected first time due to correct fee not paid. I replied with all my proofs and second time they rejected that appropriate photos not attached. I sent everything again ( with new set of photos). It is more than 3weeks and I havent heard anything yet. ANy suggestions please? My wife's present EAD expires in October 08. How do I I get this renewed in time?

Call TSC using POJ method , 1-2-2-6-1-1-3-4. For receipt No enter your I-485 receipt number
When conencted to the IO, give your A# and ask her if they received the EAD application you sent. She will tell you if they still see any issues.

The fee is US$340, not US$345. For the photo, include the jacket that usually accompany it to indicate when the photo was taken.

My 2 cents - If you call & get a not 'nice' officer, hang up and try again - I got a good officer on my 3rd try.
I'm curious did they give a reason why photos were rejected ?
