I will get my OPT in DEC 2008 and I believe now it's for 29 months.
I am travelling to India to get married in FEB 2009.And my spouse will apply for F2.
What documentation is required?
Most probably I will work and will get pacheck/employement lettter fr small consulting company between DEC08 and FEB 09.
How difficult it is to enter back in usa on OPT for myself and myspouse?

The first OPT EAD is good for 12 months, and then you can file application for STEM OPT extension if you (and your employer) meet the criteria. You must be employed and this employment is verifiable for you to safely get a F1 visa stamp during OPT, and then your spouse to get F2.

All I waan do is wanna apply F2 for wife.Wanna go to India and get married and come back and join my job for remaining time of OPT.
Employement will be verifiabel.

I think the first 12 month period is conditional in that you must have a job. If you couldn't get a job within 3 months of your OPT start date, you will have to leave. Correct me if I'm wrong guys. And the next STEM extention is conditional in that you must be employed while you are applying for STEM ext. This is made especially if you appled for H1B and you didn't get approval within that time period. In anycase it could be difficult to get back if you don't have a job secured first.
