I have applied for Fedral Skilled Immigration. Can I change my application to Provincial Nominees application ?

Depending on your case stage, what you could do is withdraw your application and you will get your fee back, and them, resubmit your applicaion as PNP. But remember this is just an option. You can also e-mail your visa office, and I'm sure they'll give you a better choice. Good luck to you!
