Topic: PNP Proof of Funds requested or not?
Posted by Nikel (2) 03 Feb 2008
Hi all, I am curious if any of you have had POF requested as a PNP? I have read on Immigration.ca that some PNPs have had POF requests during their PR process. Is that what other have experienced too?

Thanks in advance for your info

Hello!

Can anyone provide insight into the proof of funds needed, if you have secured a job offer under the PNP for either B.C. or Alberta?
Thanks!

Hi,
we are at the very beginning, basically still doing research and trying to get as much information as possible. we have been just talking to a potential employer out there, who says the fastest way is definately to get a solid job offer, he was from London and his application took just 5 months. I've heard also that visa officers wont judge your application solely on whether you have the required funds in place, but other factors can count in place of this i.e. if a partner/spouse is able to work too.

Sorry I dont have more information for you!
Good luck with your application
