My wife is canadian citizen.I am in USA workign.both of us live in USA. which application should I use? If she uses that she lives in canada(her parents live there) and I live in USA then she needs to provide what docs to be as a sponsor?
OR, if she appplies as both of us live in US and intend to live in canada when I get my PR?

How long is the medical exam valid? is it 1 year that you can file your application with? also, How much time they will give you after PR is approved to land in canada?

so that means I have to apply with in 12 months of the med validity? or long before 12 months so that when they process it it does not exceed 12 months?

I would do the medical last, literally right before submitting that way it has enough time to be received (can take up to 3 months after they get to that point in your case.) They can extend it for up to a year as well......
