I am in Canada sponsoring my Husband from Morocco. He was refused after his interview and now we are doing the appeal.
Just wondering if anybody here has any exparience with appeals and how lond they usually take?

just wanted to know if you done an appeal do you know what kind of questions they ask you?
My appeal hearing is on june 19 and just want to get ready for it.

Hello how are you I did have an appela and it takes time to be able to be win but the main gold is not give up and it dependents why he got rejected appeal may take 1 year

Thanks Guate31. I did get an ADR so we still not really doing the whole appeal. I am hoping we settle everything there.
my husband got refused because the IO did not believe that are relationship is genuine, we think it was just a routin thing to see if he married for papers or not. Since we did not meet my husband and i in person untill we got married. I hear that they test this kind of marrieges.
But I believe God will help we just need a lot of patients.
After you won your appeal how long that your spouse got here?

Hello Yes I did win my appeal and I did not have a lawyer I did not need to because I feel that I was right and the Minister said to my he was impress the way I did prepare my case and all the paper that file my husband is not here yet it has been 2 years now since the all stated but hopefully soon I know Good will do the best of luck
