Hello Everyone. As you have noticed, Trackitt is a very helpful website for estimating current and real timelines for various stages of the immigration process. However, it is only as helpful and accurate as the information that you and I place in the columns and in our comments. My wife and I are currently at the beginning of the immigration process and I will be placing the details of our immigration dates and experiences as we go along. I hope that this will be helpful for any and all who like us await notice at each stage of the process. It's our hope that others seeking 'permanent residency" in Canada will take the time to do the same. Thanks.

Hi all,
For some reason the Abu Dhabi office is not mentioned in the drop down list for visa offices. So I am posting my timeline here.
This is my timeline based on eCAS:
Received application to sponsor--May 6, 2008.
Started processing application--June 4, 2008.
Sent letter about the decision on application--June 4, 2008.
Forwarded application to the Ministere de l'Immigration et des Communautes culturelles (MICC) and local office (Abu Dhabi)--June 4, 2008.
Received decision letter on 9th June 2008. Approved!!
Received letter (dated 10th June 2008) from MICC-Quebec--13th June 2008.
Sent filled out forms to MICC-Quebec-- 17th June 2008.
So far I have not received any word from Abu Dhabi yet regarding the AOR. Is anyone sponsoring through the Abu Dhabi office as well? Any indications of timelines would be very appreciated.
