Oh Buzz ... Just got mad ... How I can explain them that it's not ghmmmm... politely to demand anything when you a guest? How to explain if you have a power but your employee do not do their work? How to ... ahhh , f*ck them all :( For a long time I was trying to help others, and I believe I did something for some .... But there they are - rookies (many of them are really smart and think and search first) but some ... they just don't WANT to search anything, they are waiting for an answer ... immediately ... and if answer doesn't satisfy them ... they start blaming everything and everybody around ....
Ha! FUCK THEM - I do not afraid this my post will be deleted - WHATEVER! Once I have something to say in my words and IF it will be deleted - FUCK this post then.
Buzz, I just need some support - anything ... not regarding immigration, just couple warm words will do the magic ... Oh how fucked I am :(

no honey u r no not! u r normal..when i first came to trackitt i did use the search button but it did not result in the answers to the questions i was looking for..so i had to start my own thread. but tht is not to say many things cannt be search.. i did key word search for many..n posted links
one thing is we cannt change others.. we can only change ourself :) ...
ppl get caught up with the whole GC thing!! yes they do!! 'how came he has his when he came after me' ..'his job is not even tht important '..etc..it a vicious..often makes ppl very bitter..
As for being a guest..paper says i am guest but G this is home for me now..i do want to bulid my life here..but there just too much uncertainties..n i am not a risk taker.. so things r held back..n eventfully i get frustrated.. n vent..to ppl who i believe can understand wht i am goin thur..

I think Goblin has OD'd on Trackitt and needs to get a break from it all. There is no longer the rush of excitement from reading the posts and answering the questions. The hope of beating uscis has gone, the dream of educating the immigrants to a level where they understand the process has been shattered.
All that is left is the realization that no matter how many answers are provided or how many links to information are posted, the odds are impossible. The uscis is a highly disciplined and massively funded machine which has perfected the art of deceit and confusion and can at a whim destroy anyones life or put their very existence into suspended animation for eternity. They will never be penetrated or understood. They stand above all and laugh at Goblin's futile efforts to educate.
Just when Goblin feels there is hope or there is progress, another Multi-National Executive comes along and asks.... 'Err, so what is this NC thing all about anyway? Everyone in the company knows my name, as I am the Boss!'
Unfortunately Goblin is left bitter, twisted and angry. There is only one thing to do...... Log out from trackitt for the weekend, go to the freezer, and crack open a litre bottle of vodka and celebrate independence day in style. Then back for the daily fix on the Monday all sweetness and light and the usual helpful self :-)

Buzz, humour is the only thing that gets me through this nightmare process. I hope it helps others and especially Goblin. I'm mostly a silent observer these days but can relate to what is happening. I feel if you don't laugh you may as well just open another bottle of whisky and .............
Now that sounds like an excellent suggestion. Don't disturb me now for a few hours while I get my multitudinous staff to go down the cellars, find a 30 year old bottle of Laphroig and serve it to me in a crystal glass on a silver platter. Oh, life is so sweet being a MNE.... ;-)

I was going through your comments on another thread last night . man you really seemed pissed at some thing and it was not Trackitt.
I have been in this process ( just the GC ) for 7 years as well. I should have been a Citizen by now . I do understand your point of view that once should not complain. But people need a place to vent out . And Trackit has become source of that for me . When I see so many other people stuck here I dont feel so alone.Also this is place where can put forth ideas , some good some really stupid. I was not on Trackitt last July but the flower idea to USCIS really worked and it was because people got up to do something. We were invited / not invited is not what the point is . If a process can changed to your advantage by putting an extra effort , getting together writing email , why shouldnt one not to do it. I come from a country which fough for its independance and I hear my parents talk about those times where they would boycott eating for one day , stop going to work for one day , and all beacuse they didnt give up hope and made an effort.
regarding US I will stick to my earlier view m, they need immigrants as much we need the US. Besides costing the corporates less money they bring in a lot of knowledge and experiance.

Nah, as I said, I do not expect any magic from them. The thing is that my boss called them first, then rep. (very nice and knowledgeable girl, by the way) called me back, we had a very nice conversation, she faxed me 'Privacy Act' like in 5 minutes, I faxed her back with all my stuff ... Very nice. Could it be because I feel good today? :) Btw, she said 'I will call NSC later today' - oh, well, she can do this, but not sure she would :) Anyway, I know her name, I know how to call her, I know where the office is, so ... let's see, will call her back in a week :) |

If she said she would call , I am sure she would. It is actually the Liason officer at NSC which could reply late. Other than that they usually have have knowledge. She could help me much with I 485 but she ( My rep at the congressman) got my EAD renwal in flat 3 days from th time I contacted her.

Cosmetic beauty is just importatnt during the begining of a relationship. In collge I was " going around" with this realy beautiful girl. It was really good till we started spending more time together and I realised how much of B#$@%^ she actually was.
Was contstantly complaining and bickering about small stuff. At one point when we broke up I did not want to look at here for even a second yet beauty wise she was a 10 + but I simply did not want to.
That was too long a story :) :)
