Topic: AC-21 Sponsorship for Visitor's visa
I have invoked AC21 and now on EAD(previously on EAD). It has been 2 months now. Now I would like to sponsor visas for my parents. Has anyone done this? Any issues with the time? Should I wait longer to have more paystubs(usually 3 months is what is asked)? I will be getting W2 from my new and old employeer next January. |

I also faced a similar issuse however USCIS was good enough to figure out that I had moved. Recieved the cancellation letter today and awaiting a new interview letter at my new address. |

I am really in a fix. My interview is scheduled on 1/5/2009 and got the reciept notice 2 weeks back. I had to take up job in another city out of state due to layoff. What will happen to the ineterview. Will the location change? |

Thanks, I have used a good attorney to file for AC21 and have sent a EVL from company. I have sent the same question to attorney but no response. Just to add to the confusion, our cases were transfered to NBC and now pending at local office. Thanks for releiving tension about H1. |
Topic: H1-B Cancellation and effect on 485/AC21
Hello everyone,
I was laid off a month back and I was told that my H1B will be cancelled on that day. My 140 is approved and 180 days have passed since I have applied for 485 so I am eligible for AC21. My previous employer also told that they will NOT cancel my 140. I joined a new job in 13 days and I have sent out AC-21 documents and it has reached USCIS today. Today I also saw a change in my 129 approval notice that it is now being reviewed because my employeer has sent a notice for cancellation.
I am really tensed now because USCIS may issue a NOID on my pending 485 application notices and EAD (me and my wife are on ead now) or a straight denial. Please share your experiences or advice.

Yes. My case was at NBC and in the process of transfer to local office. My AP was sent to Nebraska and the checks were encashed and got reciept notices. You are fine. |

How many transfer notices do you get? Do you get one for Transfer from Nebraska to NBC and another from NBC to local office?
I have got only one notice till now that is the transfer to NBC. The case finally moved to local office last month 15. Please share your experiences. |
