hey MYTURNCOMESOON i have same family emgercy and my dad and mom very seek and they are 75 year old and they are not doing good and i havent beed home 10 year and i want go home and see the family but i dont have (H1) i am in EB3 still i can get AP and go to india without any problem and how much fee for AP , i talk to my lowyer he say you can not go india with AP i dont wy he say that ,,,,,,plz help me thx |

hey any one know when we change job same (job) that time do we have to let them know USCIS i am changeing job and do we have have to send new pay stub and old pay stub and some other paper do we have to send USCIS and my lawyear charge big fees for all paper work. we i have to pay for that paper work ???? i dont what i have to do !!!!!!!!!! |
