Topic: February Visa Bulletin?????

Thanks - nobody has the guts to suggest because it will displease a lot of voting people. It is sometimes very hard to accept the facts - in such a case the train has to run its course.

Topic: February Visa Bulletin?????

There are 650 to 750K pending GC's

If we assume there are 250000 primary applicants who will buy a house worth 200K this
will generate 50Billion worth of home sales alone.

10,000 businesses/startups with 1mil in investment will create
- 10Billion in investment.
- 250K new jobs

Topic: February 2009 VISA BULLETIN PREDICTION, EB3/INDIA!!

Mathew Oh - immigration-law.com indicated there are bills on the way.

Please remember,
1) there are solid opponents to immigration relief bill that is going to give away GC's to the illegals.
2) if GC's for employment category is part of a comprehensive immigration bill there is no hope for
EB2/EB3. No Bills will pass because of the illegal issue.
3) The best hope is a free standing bill that will address the EB category.

Best Wishes too all

Topic: February 2009 VISA BULLETIN PREDICTION, EB3/INDIA!!

There are a couple of immigration bills in the works for 111th Congress - they should be showing up in the next 1 ~ 2 months.

Remember - there is only hope for Indians on EB2/EB3 if one of the bills with immigration relief passes.
By the by, there are about 500K unused GC's and about 700K pending AOS's.

Best of Luck

Pakistan EB2 is part of ROW is current. So you should be able to file all of it and be done with.

Topic: what abt I-485 for India

Only applicants who have filed AOS (I-485) can file for EAD or AP. There are benefits of
AOS. If your date is current you can immediately file I-485, EAD and AP together.

Best of Luck

Topic: Employers want two years contract after I-140 approval.

Please dont ever mention that you are paying for the GC expenses.

Also, like somebody already mentioned onesided contracts never will standup in court - you will be OK if it ever ends up there.

Happy Holidays to all

Make sure you consult a very good lawyer - they will probably give you an accurate picture and not paint any false hopes.

Topic: January 2009 Visa Bulletin Prediction!

Ha ha - no boats Airbus 380 :)

Remember the July fiasco - given the fact that there are not enough visas and approvals so haphazard they will soon find out that they have to move dates up so that they have enough cases to use up the visas.

And, once this happens it will retrogress as usual.

Topic: January 2009 Visa Bulletin Prediction!

I do get a funny feeling that they might move dates up more than they should.

This means that between now and the next 4 bulletins EB2 for China
will move up 2006 before retrogressing again.

During the same period
Best case for EB2 India - XXX05
Worst case for EB2 India - Sep04
