I don't understand the point of paying premium processing fee when I don't get the result the soonest/fastest way....I just hope a receipt notice was really lost in the mail. Still no update at this time...wishing those (including me) that havent received approvals the best of luck! |

hi ! I just came across this site today..my lawyer filed my application and as ive checked my papers was received by USCIS on April 1st..i paid for premium processing fee but i've been waiting like forever for a response (approval/denial/whatsoever). Is there any way I can call USCIS directly (if so, what number?), or shall I wait for my lawyer to call me? She said my employer has been calling her too but she can only advise us to wait coz she hasnt received anything yet. She said there are instances that receipt notices might have been lost in the mail and you will just receive approval notice. She's been telling me that either I could have been chosen or I might be in the waitlist because otherwise my file should have been returned to her by now. Anyone , what do you think? |
