Topic: "AP" will process slow compare to "EAD" ???

Its all random. Nobody has figured out how USCIS works. My wife's EAD and AP approved within 2 weeks of applying. I got EAD after 6 weeks but my AP is still pending after 9 weeks...

Topic: EB3 ROW Texas approval rate

Not sure about that but on top of that they have moved the priority dates 3 months forward as if they are done processing all the cases filed before that.... This is ridiculous...

Topic: When will Old priority dates be approved?

I don't believe USCIS processes cases in any order whatsoever. I have seen people getting approved way out of ANY order. I think it all depends on your luck... I don't think they have a good inventory control system. Someone probably goes to store room and picks up files from the pile and dumps to IOs......... This is ridiculous.....

Topic: Where r the friggin EB3 approvals??

Yah where the heck are they??? This is ridiculous.... Us EB3s had to wait for so long for our dates to become current and all we see if EB2 and EB1 approvals... I bet soon they will tell us that they have moved all EB3 # to EB2 and EB1 and we should buzz offf... This is DAMN FRUSTRATING......

Topic: November EB3 Prediction

Does it really matter? My date is current as of now. It was current for 4 months before but no GC. So forget about predicting......

I am ... PD April 2003. I personally know 10 other folks at my company who are also current. Don't know why we are not seeing any approvals...........

Topic: Soft LUD on my and my wife I485 application

It appears too many people are getting Sof LUDs. I got soft LUD on all cases for both mine and my wife's (485, approved EAD, approved AP).

Don't know what this means.... may be a global update in the system ?
