Topic: I140 Approved+Audit Financial+No Tax return

If your employer has more than 50 employees, you don't need to submit tax returns. Instead, the CFo can just sign a notarized affidavit stating the company's gross income.

Topic: MASSIVE POSTAL MAIL PEACEFUL PROTEST TO USCIS ON OUR PLIGHT AND THE BROKEN SYSTEM

Absolutely! You will only make things worse for yourself and everyone if you do this. The only way to address the system is to write your US senators and representatives. They are the ones making the decisions. In addition, contribute $ to immigration organizations that are lobbying congress to change immigration legislation!! Money talks and that is the only thing that will change the system.. I think everyone knows what problems a mass mail episode creates at USCIS - we've just experienced it! YOU REALLY DON'T WANT TO MAKE IT WORSE. These officials and just doing their jobs the best they can. They need the resources to address the problems and Congress makes the budget decisions.
Also, I don't think its fair to say that people who have their PD current don't support it. They've done their time waiting for the PD's to come current, so don't think they've not paid their dues.

Topic: Physical Card and Card approval copies tracker

I got following LUDs for my 485 approval. On 12/2/07 notice welcoming new resident, on 12/4/07 approval notice sent, card production - none yet. (EB2, India, 7/01 PD) Also there was a reference to ADIT processing in the first update welcoming me as a new resident. Anyone know anything about that, please share.

Topic: LUD on long approved I-140

I had the same thing happen to my approved 140 application and AP application and on the same exact day as yours. So, I think it may be a system wide update and nothing to do with any individual cases.

Topic: Have Advanced Parole and valid H1 which to use on return to US?

You still have to go through the visitor line because you are technically not a permanent resident yet. My experience was having to wait and my sister had the same experience when she used AP. They cannot process you through the regular counters.

Topic: Eb1c + 180-day portability law questions:

From the extensive (non legal ) search I have done on a bunch of web sites on this issue, to switch jobs before you have your GC in hand, you have to have your I-140 approved and your I-485 has to be pending for a minimum of 6 months. In order to work for the new employer, you will need an EAD or transfer your H1-B. You cannot use your EAD to switch jobs until the 6 months of I-485 filing have elapsed (if you want to maintain your I-485 app).

Just from a procedure stand point, if you have an H-1 visa stamp, use that. Everyone using AP will be taken to a separate office and made to waite for 30 min to an hour. It just happened to me recently. It is a lot faster to get through immigration with an H1 stamp (all things being equal).
