Me. Almost 60 days after RFE now.
Don't know what to do.will talk to employer.
They wanted us to wait till 60 days atleast. |

Can somebody tell me how to report something to Admin?
Some user on EAD and AP , updates the dates more than current which disallow us to see the latest approval.
And they will not update even after polite request and even replying rudely.
I don't know what they are getting by putting future dates on approval.
I don't know how to escalate on this. |

my RD is aug 17 2007. I am in same boat.
What i noticed is that i am watching 10-15 of EB2 concurrent filling from NSC around my dates and they have not been approved except 1-2 in last 1.5 months.
I got RFE on aug 5 2008 and replied on sep 16 and no update after that.
Also I don't know what should I compare with processing date? I mean initial receipt date or current REF received date?
Let me know if anybody has any idea.
Looks like EB3 of jul/aug 2007 are getting approved but not EB2

I respect all God and Saints for all they do for humanity and caring other. I do believe in GOD too.
No offense to any particular baba. But please think about others too.
Do you think your prayer make baba to work and go in mind of each USCIS officer as per application and do these wonders.
In that case You people are generating so much work for him then. So think about GOD. How can he make track of all these.
GOD is GOD don't associate with each an every action. GOD has made us like him with brains.
Also what about those innocent people who don't know about Sai baba. Saibaba must have chosen them to live like these.
Is thier life not worth it.
Also Do you mean that there is no body in this world who pray to sai baba and left with any desire unfullfilled.
Do you mean we are waiting just because we are not praying to any Baba. I think USCIS should stop and give these work to all babas only.
