DCAC2008...do you have any other I140 approved?
I fear that sometimes two approved I140 confuses USCIS. In my case, I have another I140 approved under EB2...and I think USCIS is waiting for that EB2 date to get current...even though my EB1 date has been current for last 12 months! |

There is absolultey no way one can predict when your AOS will be adjusted. The 50% probability is that it would be done in next 3-4 months.
Check out the tracker....there are people in EB1C from August 2007 still waiting and some from June 2008 approved. |

Any instances where they approved the 485 upon filing for AP/EAD or do they just renew the AP/EAD? I been current all throughout. |

Something is wrong in that table. They say current national average time of Oct 1, 2009. I think they meant 2008. LOL...USCIS is hell bent on confusing itself and applicants. |
