Topic: My & wife's I-485 were approved but my daughter's has NOT yet. Should I be concerned?
We did not have any problem with any thing at all, AP,EAD AND I-140. We filed concurrently.Its just our son's 485 that got same LUDs as ours but still pending while our GC's production is ordered and is on its way.
We have no idea what is holding that up.

Topic: NEBRASKA still approving I-485 approvals ????
Does any one know if Nebraska Service Center is still issuing new 485 approvals and GCs or done for now? We have our green card production mail sent to us on the 29th but our's son 's status is still "recieved and pending", though he has the same last 2 LUDs.
The pattern here on Trackitt shows Nebraska approving tons of GCs throughout August but just one on the 30th and now its quiet.
Will appreciate any info.

I have the same problem. My wife and I got mail notification today ,8/29/07, for I-485 approval , saying the cards have been ordered, but our son's status is still "case recieved and pending" ,with the same last LUD as ours( 8/23/07). We are worried .Have you recieved any update on your daughter's case?

I have two new LUDs on my 485, one yesterday and one today ,i-e 8/23/07, but no email !!! What does that mean? Is this normally a good indication or bad? Case status still says "case recieved and pending".
I got my 140 approved on the 3rd of this month from NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER, filed concurrently on 12/26/06.

VERY GOOD QUESTION MIKEY!! What the heck is going on with I-140s in Nebraska?
My receipt dates for both I-140 and I-485 is DEC 26,2006.I got my EAD and AP pretty quick,but no further progress at all, LUD shown for I-140 is Jan 2007 and for I-485 March 31 2007.
I dont know if Nebraska's processing dates are not updated or it is just a very slow center? |

My I-140 shows a Jan LUD and I-485 shows a March one,but my lawyers havent recieved anything at all from the state for us (except for travel document and EAD)whenever I check my case status on USCIS site ,it says case recieved and pending.We filed on Dec 26,2006) from NEBRASKA,probably the slowest of all service centers.
Any ideas what might be happening?
