Topic: FLR -HSMP - Applying from UK

Hy bond011,

For your information sake let me make you aware that things have been and are different when it comes to INDIA. It was easy for you to do things accordingly by urself becuase u were in UK and u applied HSMP from UK.

I am very sure if you had come to india and then applied from INDIA for HSMP then things wouldn't had been the same and you might had been waiting for just the Approval for long compare to UK. And the chances would have been even worse because the rejection rate for ENTRY CLEARANCE at UK Embassy in INDIA is high.

In UK and INDIA there is a proper System for everything but the only difference is that no one follows the System in INDIA where as Everyone does follow the System in UK. And that is the major reason that makes things easier over there in UK.

Topic: EC Rejected - Applied Under Old Rules after 01st Apr 2008

Hi sameerinfo2003,

hmmm i guess not informing or not discussing with your HR might work negative for you.

Because just in case if the HR doesnt send a proper feed back then again you would be at risk.

What i can advise is, if it is ok at your office to update the HR regarding you HSMP then do it
and if not then just wait and hope for the best.

regarding the pound conversion it doesnt matter as of now in your case, why because u have send for ENTRY CLEARANCE, So whatever points the HOME OFFICE has assigned you in the APPROVAL LETTER will be the final points that would be considered at ENTRY CLEARANCE.

Topic: EC Rejected - Applied Under Old Rules after 01st Apr 2008

hi sameerinfo2003,

It wouldn't have a negative effect.

But still as a precaution u may speak to your HR to explain this pay hike to the INTEGRA people when they call your office.

Hi Ravi,

My consultant Mr. Srinivas from "Sritech Consulting Group" is a specialist in getting approval for rejected cases, he has a proven track record for the same.

If u want to discuss your case with him then you may call at the following number for appointment - 0091-40-66320032. You may give my reference as MOHAMMED ABDUL QADEER (HSMP APPLICANT).

I believe at times even a simple piece of advice does wonders. So give it a try and best of luck for the same :)

Topic: JOB Search in UK

hi nadellas,

You experience profile is good, so now to judge whether to go to uk and search for a job or to better apply from here.

Its actually very simple u could do one thing, Prepare a good resume highligting your employer and employment details and the projects that u have executed and also highlight the skillset you are good at

and also mention in your RESUME IN BOLD that u have HSMP Stamped in your passport.

Then UPLOAD your RESUME to MONSTER.COM, NAUKRI.COM, JOBSAHEAD.COM and on all these job portals mention the prefered job location as UK or LONDON.

And then wait for the response. So best of luck dude :)

bye
