Hi,

I filed new H1 from two different companies and got approval from both companies. I am in India.

My question is can I use company1 H1 for getting stamped and to come USA, and then can I work for Company 2?

Does any one get LUD after a week of sending 485 approival notice. We received cards and approval notice a week back. But there was LUD happend on Dec 15th. any idea what is the importance?
