I stand corrected. You do need to send your photos. I thought this wasn't the case for e-filed AP....

My RFE states:
The confirmation receipt for your E-filed I-131 Application for Travel Document provided improper instruction regarding the photo requirement. You must submit pasport-style color photos....

Chinnodu,

I sent all the required documents, sans the photo. The pictures weren't req'd.

I don't think it'll hurt to send 2 photos. Its cheap, and if they want you to go to the local office for biometrics, they'll throw your pics out.

Just don't forget to write your name and A# on the back. I signed it as well, just in case....

FYI my lawyer got the receipt notice and a scanned copy was forwarded to me. We (company and myself) have not received the original receipt notice from USCIS.
