Hi worriender,
Thanks for the reply. I have to check with the HR guys who said like that.I also requested bank people for letter who is debiting to my account. They said they will give letter that this is asalary account from this date to this date.Any way i will try for getting another letter.
I found in the site Payslips with background logo.While printing Logo will not come.If we request HR people they will give Prints with logo. Can we submit payslips with logo or there will be confusion for BHC guys?
For Form 16 i need to wait till nextt month first week. Do i need to submit Form 16 also.
If u have some time please prepare covering letter stating all these.
I am in a confused state and not able to do anything.
If i reapply for EC will i get 2years stamped or 3years?
Do i need to submit latest payslip and bank statement also. That means March payslip and Bank statement. I have submited till Febraury.
Please help me in this.

My Ec got rejected.Please see the Refusal information.
I am satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraphs 135a and 320(15) of the Immigration rules, except for the following:
You have failed to show that you merit the award of the points for income under Highly Skilled Migrant Programme that you state.I note that workpermit UK has issued you with a HSMP letter. However, I do not know what documents you have submitted to them or that you have necessarily submitted the same documents to them as you have submitted in support of your visa application.I also do not know what if any, checks they carried out on the documents you submitted in assessing your application.
As a result f checks made by the office, detailed in a document verification report. I am not satisfied on a balance of probabilities, that you earn the income that you state. We spoke to your employer and they confirmed that you worked for them,but that you did not earn the salary that you stated. Your income is central to your stated qulaification for points under the HSMP ad our findings have damaged the credibility of your application.
Your Payslips are of type that are easily reporoduced and are not in a condition that reflects their stated age. They seem to have been produced in bulk rather than issued on or around the day that you are paid,as would be reasonable to expect. As such thaey are of limited evidential value.
I note bank statement shows regular deposits marked as 'by salary'.However, I am also aware that it is relatively simple in India to arrange for such deposits to register on your bank statement.I note that they are all shown as 'by salary' and that there is no identifying data that ties these entries to a specific employer. In any event, given the findings of our chcks and the poor quality of your payslips I am, on balance, not satisfied that your income is as you state.
We will have Payslips Online.We cam access at anytime.I have taken printouts and attested by HR manager.I have also submitted Form1 for 2006-2007.
Please help me in this how to proceed. |

Hi,
Integra are doing verification.They sent Integra form to my company. they sent to central wing, they forwarded to my HR manager. Yesterday she called me and said that we received Verification form and we are bnot going to reply for that as u have applied fon ur own. I asked her to reply for that as that is their responsibility. They are not going to reply. I don't know what integra will do if they won't reply.I am very upset about our company HR. Please let me know what integra will do incase of this.

I have mentioned june 1st week. I didn't get any response. I called VFS they said application is under process.
I am very nervous. I sent mail to BHC, i didn't get any reply.

I have applied on 4th March. Today is 11th working Day. No status from Integra.In VFS site status if forwarded to BHC on March 4th. Wheni called to Banglore VFS customer care they said they have to get the Integra report. No clue when we will get Status.
