Topic: SLUD on very old petition.

I got the SLUD on my old approved I-130 petition back in 1995. Does CIS touch all the applications I had when they review the cases or it is just another regular updates (meaningless) that will make people exited? I know many people say SLUD is mostly meaningless but I had this I-130 for 13 years and SLUD made me excited.

Now, CIS is having party till the end of this month since they have nothing to do, eating fatty donuts and coffee. I wonder how much they are helping the US economy by eating excessive amount of fatty foods.

How is it possible to have no VISA available for EB2 ROW??? And it seems like CIS stopped working on I485 this month.

Yes, of course you can. But, if you leave before your retirement, you will get less than half of money that you invested, because of tax and penalties...

Topic: USCIS should start eliminating backlog on earlier PD.

I strongly believe that USCIS processes the apps by the RD because they don't wanna mess up with their performance statistics. If they process the older PD first they will create another backlog on receiving applications. Well, how the USCIS works is so pathetic and by nature they are so lazy on working the cases. They have no excuse lagging and slacking the process by wasting lots of their working time in drinking coffee and eating donuts. I think we should hire H1B people to do the process and adjustication, historically H1B people are so loyal and are working so hard, maybe we can eliminate all the backlogs in 2 (two) weeks and processing time will be 3 days on all the application variants.

IndianaBackLog,
You're right at the point. Good luck to your case and I hope we'll see the bright sunshine soon, which we could not even notice there it is...
