Topic: How long will it take for Spouse Green Card after Primary is approved?

It depends on case-to-case basis. I have seen it takes typically between 1 day to 2 years.

Topic: Need Help

Yes, I do have physical green card (plastic) issued about a year back. I think, it should be okay not having DATV. After getting GC I went through Geneva once and had no issues.

Topic: Need Help

I have to travel from US to India via Heathrow London UK. Do the Permanent Residents of the US (I-551) need transit Visa for UK? I would appreciate any assistance on this matter.

Yes, usually cards are mailed to residential address. However, keep an eye on the notice too. If you do not receive, please get it from your lawyer.

Topic: what to expect after AOS Interview

It is case specific. I do not think that you can meet the officer again for asking the status. If you can provide more details and a brief history about your case then, I think fellow trackitters would be able to share their experiences well.

Topic: very Urgent

It should pose problems for you if it is less than 180 days. However, please ask your attorney for advise in the present company since you have good relation.
