Hi Guys,
I was randomly selected for Dv2009.My case number is 64***. when is this case number likely to be current for an African applicant.Are there any hopes of being scheduled for a visa interview.If the case number is so high like in my case can I still try to play the lottery for Dv2010? or it will lead to disqualification?
