my lawyer is kind of piss at me cause im always calling her and ask for updates..they said once my PD is current theyll wait 90 days before theyll write a letter to USCIS to follow up on our case..she said i dont need to be worried about the site not updating its information..easy for her to say but im just making sure everything is taken care of..i been in this waiting game for quite sometime now..i need some answers also..

first called my lawyer..she said they have proof that its been received by the USCIS weeks before the deadline..she needs to call DHL for the tracking number..i told her to call me, she said you call me after 2 hours..(dang!). called USCIS..the guy i talked to said sometimes it really happen that they dont or slow on updating the system. he said our case is pending name check..OMG..he asked me for my address..im hoping ill see some light on this one..help me God..

talked to my lawyer and she said USCIS recieved it Aug 30, 2008..she said she has the evidence that they recieved it already..ill try to call them back and ask for the tracking info and call USCIS..God i really hate our lawyer (firm). its me that calls them always to ask about updates about our case..no action with this people..

They sent us RFE August 2007 and responded right away..till now no update on USCIS website..it remains feb 2007 which was our first RFE....called my lawyer about it, she said it sometimes happen. ):
you guys think so????
