Topic: Is USCIS closed on Election Day?

Hey Bestia my friend! I stopped by to check on your case and also Juan Ramirez and others. It looks like things are moving, although slowly huh? and I also noticed the disconnect between approval dates and received dates... Same crap.
I don't mean to hijack the post. i just wanted to say hi.
Take care.

Yeah, I think Juan did it - managed to do what many of us (me at least) should have done: chill and wait for our turn. Forums are great but it can be sort of a drug.

Track and gcForPetesSake, I will be so happy to see your approvals too. It's just the EB3 ROW gang is closer to my heart :) :) :)
I think about you guys every day and inevitably, come here to take a peek on the approvals and the new developments.

Topic: REF and visa unavailability

Interesting.
Are you sure of the meaning of "No Derogatory Items Found"? I would assume that somebody saw your documents and didn't see anything wrong (derogatory) with them.

Bestia, thanks for asking! Life is good. It will be better when I see you an Juan greened up.

I gave the resignation notice to my employer already and everything is set for me to start new work using my GC. Yes, I got the physical cards and they look beautiful! :)

Bestia, I didn't know you had such good connections to be able to see the actual log of your case! You're da-maan!
:)
Jokes aside, I think it is a little weird that Juan's case doesn't have a "case processing resumed" LUD. I always thought this is after the paperwork is received and way before it actually reaches the adjudicating officer.
Yes Juan, call them and let us know, please!

That is certainly great to know gcForPetesSake. Thanks for your input.
