It all depends on where you live and the education level of the population in general. Ignorance is more evident in the rural aras and small towns. If you want open minded people look for the big cities, with a more progresive mindset. I love Washington D.C., or Atlanta, which weird enough, is very progressive eventhough is in the middle of Red Neck Georgia... |

My 6 YEars H1B, epired on a Monday 18th and USCIS received applications the friday before (the 15th), for I140 (approved), I131 (Aproved), I675(aproved), I485(Pending). As long as USCIS, receive the appication before the Expiration of H1B, there should not be a problem.
Definitelly there is something wrong with your I-140. |

When Renewing paper based, you DO send the pictures. When E-filing, you DONT... instead you get an appointment for Picture and fingerprints. |
