koolvaguy:
You are way out of processing timeframe, opened a SR yet?
Being ROW you should have been through long ago.

NSC appears to have finally opened the April 07 warehouse for EB3I
Make your own projections, I am thinking 600+ for most 07 pending cases

300+ is not a Club, it is slum :)
Now 600-that is something to aspire to.

Topic: NSC EB3 processing has GOT to accelerate

durrahsm:
Fact:- 1. Most EB3 India Cases have been pending over 12-18 months with no movement
2. No mention of Police clearance/FBI checks during I140 SOP - see http://www.rajanimacwan.com/i140sop.pdf
2. You with a May 2008 RD gloating "I've already received a RFE on my I-140 last week"

Try to empathize with long suffering co-applicants if you can and do not be presumptuous.

Topic: NSC says the 7/24 date for I140 EB3 posted on their website is wrong

There are over a page full of applicants from April 07 EB3 on trackitt itself. USCIS does not know what it's IOs are working on and how many unprocessed cases are there in the system so as to allocate resources and take care of the backlog.
Typically EB3 are busy working in the trenches each one hoping (s)he is going to get lucky one of these days so expect no improvement in the situation either on it's own.
