Topic: Visa number available for EB2 India

I totally agree with you. ROW's priority date is most closest than any body without current status but still we have whiner people who talk about fairness.

Don't get all sensitive - I am NOT talking about "fairness", talk to your family if you want a hug, because the world is not a fair place!

I am talking about that the LAW states - at present, the rule states that country quota limits are 7% - whether you agree with it or not, whether it's fair or not.

My question is at what point is the actual law, as it is written today, come into affect?

County limit doesnt apply if their are unused visas within a category....this is what law says. Simply because somebody didnt understand the law for years it doesnt mean that we need to keep making the same mistake again and again. I am glad that DOS & USCIS have realized their mistake.

CLAPS! I am one of those lucky persons benefited by this.

Any body aware if this?

I mailed my company attorney about this, just waiting for answer from her.

Thanks.

Topic: An Agent, a Green Card, and a Demand for Sex...

I heard these type of stories in other countries.
But, this is the first time I heard here, it is really shameful.

Topic: SUE USCIS??

It is logical to give EB2 GCs to the same category, if those were not used; those should be allocated to the retrogressed Counties. Some extend, we can argue that we should give room for all countries in the same category for sake of diversity.

The Biggest problem is; most of the time, EB2 numbers are wasted at the end of the year, why they can’t allocate them to retrogressed Counties?

We should support IV for this agenda to push forward.

Topic: SUE USCIS??

Getting into this unnecessary frustration is waste of time and not good for the health. We choose to come here and agreed for all terms of US policy, period.

There is no meaning to frustrate when things are not working our way. Can I ask one question? How many of us really went through the real immigration process of US before coming here? Most of us just excited by the opportunity and jumped in, is it not true?

The one comes into the category of not analyzing the impacts of coming here, I beg you; please do not complain about the Policy.

Surely, I agree with complaining about the inefficiencies in the system, like, not processing in order, not following the policies correctly.

Does that mean, we just shut our mouth and behave like slaves? Not really. We should try our channels to push the agenda, and work as the group. I hope, all you guys support the people, who are working on common agenda.

Topic: Could not resist calling IO......

I got the same answer. Looks like, all of our cases are going into Visa backlog hold shelf(the dump!!!). Even the officer agreed that, whose PDs are later than me should not get their GC before I get mine. Looks like, they totally messed up EB2 India. Hopefully, we get the resolution soon.

Topic: IO said, no visa numbers for India EB2, whose PD is later than 1/1/2002 in Dec.

I was not logging into the system from last couple of days. What I observed was the last one on 12/12.

Topic: We have a LUD on I 485 today. Our case is with NSC.

I think, they are dumping all our cases into visa backlog. Even, I got LUD on 12/12.
