No body posts on Trackitt anymore? Do you feel Trackitt "recession" as I do??

Topic: Different Processing Times b/n NSC and NSC??

Does anyone have a view about the differential? July(NSC) vs May(TSC)?? More importantly, NSC processed way past July 2nd pack. I guess all those ROWs approvals with post July RDs came from NSC. Will CIS slow down NSC and accelerate TSC processing speed, or there is a grandeur strategy(or deceiving illusion) behind?

Topic: Spoke to IO at NSC- any thoughts

My question for this is: "What does case being assigned to an IO means?". Does it mean he/she is looking at you cae now or it just means that yours has been assigned to a IO among tens or hundreds of cases on her desk? From the trend, it is more likely the second scenarios, which means you still have to wait for the july/aug piles getting cleaned. Of course, there is always exception for USCIS. Good luck! it is good news for you either way, anyway!

Topic: Forecasting Processing Speed: Let's Re-track July 485 Filers' LUD!!

Based on previous track, it seems that the best indicator is the recent LUDs for post and including July 2007 485 filers. Please if you are June or earlier filers, you don't need to be tracked here. It is more likely your case is stuck or being processed already. For post(including) Jul filers, following infor is really really useful (BUT don't over-supply your info. as this is meant to track ony):

ROW or NOT ROW
485 File Date
most recent LUD date (no need to discuss what kind or meaning at all)

Thanks and if there is enough interest, I'll keep it alive.

Topic: Let's Track July 485 filer's LUD!

Let me summarize what we have until Faunderze. ALthough a small sample of 6 cases, all LUDs are for ROWs. I think it is telling and seems to be consistent with current trend!

Topic: Let's Track July 485 filer's LUD!

Could anybody please share your LUDs if you are a July 485 filer?? It seems obvious that July is THE threshold for significant case movement??

Topic: What happened to today's service line?

I called this morning the TSC line, and first, it says that system is down. Then when I called later, my case became retrogressed to older LUds rather new one. A week ago, when I called it tells me the AP approval notice sent on Oct 30. Now it says it receives my I485 application on Sep 19.

Has anybody else called today????

EB3 just got an approval (NOv 20) for 7/2/07 filer! This is evidence that EB1 is NOT prioritized!!

Guys, Let's keep updating. So far, it is confirmed that for example, June 2007 RD is the processing bundle in TSC(as new VB sates 6 months). Anyone before that must have been stuck in NC or on their ways to greenland. We need to continue see the speed after and around Turkey diner.

Since u are from ROW, why not try the lottery in the same time? You never know. I am not qualified and you should try every year. You never know!

Unused EB1 quota will be allocated to EB2/3, anyway. However, EB1 never used up their quota as I recall. Nevertherless, it is exactly the resaon this thread tries to figure out. So far, it hasn't convinced me that EB1s are put on seperate shelfs and moved faster. Rather, we are in the same pile waiting for some IOs to pick up. We only saw ROW moves faster so far regardless of EB category. For example, a EB1B has RD 7/17/07 got approved just yesterday!

Did u make a Info pass to see if you have NC cleared? You guys with RD prior to 1/1/07 should all hold the GCs now!

We just got a EB1 (GCkamajic) approval with I485 RD of 7/19/07, that is good news for everyone! Except maybe those stuck in NCs, cause IOs will be busy with other people's case behind yours in terms of RDs.

Topic: I-485 approved

Congratulation! You are the latest EB1 (may be any category) approved with 7/19 RD from trackiit at least !!! That is good news for everyone! Looks like you never get a RFE! I heard people put tax returns in their files, did you have your tax returns in file?? Thanks!

Also, what is your PD?

True, there are more Eb1 approvals from trackitt recently. Unfortunately, they are mostly from ROW. The only explanation for no movement for prior dec2006 eb1-cases is the NC. That is why you saw a few EB1 cases with Apr-May07 RDs got approved. We need to see more cases to know if we are in line with other catogories in processing speed. Cases stuck in NC realyy don't help in evaluating the progress!
