i have soft loud my case 5 2 2008 but my wife don't have soft Laud after 25 days interview i have passport stamp on 4 7 2008 eb2transfer2
There were soft lud on my children cases but not on mine/spouse cases after passports stamps. Then on 4/17/2008 and onward all were receiving luds together.
Do not worry, NBC is doing things on the cases not local office. |

How did I get "No Record" birth certificates in Pakistan, while I was in US
1- Contacted my brother and wife's brother
2- Both went City Court, and got prepared affidavits (mine, wife, 4 children), signed, court sealed by magistrate
3- Presented in the Municiple Office (who keeps hospitals/birth/death records), in Karachi it is Karachi Municiple Corporation.
4- Paid very nominal fee for all 6 certificates
5- Used personal contacts/means to expedite these certificates
6- Received all certificates same/next day, and fedexed to me and received here in US next day.
7- Total process was for 2-5 days, and reached to me within a week.
MOST IMPORTANT: Send all information name, birth dates, father/mother name, addresses. And ask them to "CHECK" several time for accuracy. |

1- The attorney made a mistake, last H1B was missing and I was able to travel using AP. So IO told/showed me 3 IBIS hits on my file (bar code strip) for illegal stay or whatever?
