Around the same, 3 of my friends applied under EB3.

Out 3, 2 works for full time (direct job), and they converted to EB2 last year end and they got the green card by now.

where as the Guy is working for Consulting firm, when he checked with his management they are not agreed for that (Since Job market is down...).

Hello Guys,

There is only one way for EB3-India guys getting a green card is convert to EB2.

Experts/Srs please discuss here and also did you got a chance to talk with your attorney regarding the same ?
By looking Pending I-485 case under EB3-INDIA. If EB3-india per year only 2800 Visa#.

Topic: POE(Port of entry)/I-94 WHEN H1B TRANSFER UNDER PROCESS...

Hello all... My Question is using previous employer visa and also h1b(I-797) to get I-94 at port of entry will be ok...? where as current employer filled for tranfer and got receipt number based that he is nurrning payroll... So by the the she(my wife) comes back if new omployer h1b is not approved whether she can use previous employer h1b(I-797) for I-94. Incase if it approves when she is in india and if get a copy of approval(I-797) does it ok to show a copy(I-797) which we receive through email for I-94 Thanks in Advance. FYI:Just Ignore EAD/AD all that stuff in this case

My wife is travelling to India in Nov-08, and recently her h1b tranfer applied to company "B", where as previous company
"A" H1b stamped visa is valid untill Aug-09.

Company "B" i.e new company already running payroll based on the receipt number.
So in oder to comeback without any issuies in Dec last week-08, new company(B)
h1b should approve or using previous company(A) stapmped visa she can comeback ?
I per my knowlege she can come back using previous company stamped visa, but what h1b she need to show
in order to issue the I-94.
Does previous company(A) h1b is ok Or
In case if new company(B) h1b appoves when she is India, whether it's ok send a copy by email and use same for new I-94 ?

We applied/renewal our EAD's and AP's on October 7th (received at USCIS).
As on Today in my Bank only EAD's checks deducted, experts/Sr's please give your ideas or expeirences,
on AP processing will it takes more time compare to EAD ? i,e right from the begining though we applied same time both ?

Hi Guys,

I changed address for me and also for my wife (I-485) online, around 25 days we received conformation letters to new address. where as when I found same A number for both(Initally when we received recipt numbers for I-485 two diffarent A numbers) then today I called custober service and found it's Typo/printing mistake.

At the same time I asked still how long it will take to approve my I-485, then he said it will approve within 2/3 months, what that means ???? My PD:2003 Aug- EB3 -INIDA.
experts please comment on the above.

May I know immidiately means... i.e same day or after how many days later.
I reason I asked is , I saw soft LUD in my case yesterday which is after changing the address online around 23 days.
