EB3PAK's Immigration Cases

Me and my kids were approved/CPO Ordered on 12/01/08 and got our cards on 12/08/08. However, my wife's case (Dependant) is still pending. She did her FPs on 12/09/08. Today we spoke to Officer Peace in TSC and she said that she is forwarding the file seperation case to the adjudicating unit. She said before u go let me check something," Yes her name check is clear and we have not received her FPs result yet. She should get her card within 30 days as soon as we receive her FPs result".
Does anybody know about Officer Peace (Lady) in TSC or we were just routed to Customer Service?

MontrealGC: We also received CPO Emails for myself and my three kids, however my wife case is still pending like urs case.
Do u have an idea of why they hold the spouse case even though she is secondary or dependant in a case.

Murphydc: Yes, there was an LUD on my (Primary Case) on 7/21/08 and 7/22/08 with no status change and at that time we were not current.

gocha000: No RFE. Strong Government Contracts in profile and heavily paid taxes shown in W2s worked, I guess.

I have received card production emails for me and my family today at 10pm. This Ghici is Over. I use Ghici as my previous ID in this forum was GhiciToGC.
I have updated my profile for EB3PAK but could not do it for GhiciToGC as I dont remember the password and email associated to it.

May God bring this happy moment for everybody waiting in line soon.

sabr: I am on H1B too. I moved to Md from Ca in 2003. They gave me a license for 5 years. Then they renewed it again for five years in 2008 to 2013 without asking any docs. All I gave was thumb or one finger print and renewal fees.

GR82007: Thanks for confirming. I dont have any LUD, looks like they have done something with the appearance of the page.
Its good in a way that from today onwards we can see CRIS Alerts again, though message would not change any more so called Hard LUD.

Murphydc: The message shows up on the main portfolio page underneath the cases.

Can anybody pls look into their USCIS inbox to verify the message that I see in my inbox? I just want to confirm, if it is a general message or they are actually working on our case pls?

Your case may have a new "Last Updated" date and you may receive an Email Notification of your case being updated, without the status of the case changing. This is due to internal USCIS processing being performed on your Case. This will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date, but may not result in a different status message.

Can everybody see the same message in their CRIS inbox? Moreover, I am unable to see status for any of our pending cases. Can u guys pls confirm?

My case details are under GhiciToGC. I dont remember email and password associated to the same.

Can u pls share urs fax experience with TSC? Pls let me know if it works in case like FP notice not issued for long time or others.
