Hi,
H4 is given only when primary applicant is on H1 Status. Even though u have H1 approval, as u used AP to enter US u r in AOS. So until u stamped with H1 your wife cannot apply for H4 Visa. The best solution is to apply for H1/H4 visa when u got married. |

Topic: Confusion over EAD/AP Renewal fee
I think ..........if we applied with new fee structure i.e., I-485 fee 930 plus a biometrics fee of $80; the fee total is $1,010. then there will no fee for renewal of EAD and AP.
I think ........All who applied I-485 before 31/07/2007 and some guys applied I -485 after 31/07/2007 with old fee structure have to pay EAD and AP renewal fee. |
