it does mean that your IP has blocked by uscis website for at least one week due to several attemps for the online case status service.!
you should have received such a messege by which you have been offered to use the opportunity to open one free acount or some thing like that, USCIS do this to prevent any illegal or unusuall access to the website.
you may use proxies or change your IP or DNS, ATLEAST USE ANOTHER INTERNET. |

I am in the same boat with you scheduel A and Nurse since there is no bypasss way for nurses anymore and visa recapture is killed so we have to wait for six month if your case is in texas or one year if your case is in nsc then observe visa buletain ... but good for you if you have your I-140 receipt number! |

I am out of US,AND LC waiver,my sponser appliyed I-140 on april 30 2007. I dont know why but they didnt give me the receipt number to track my status, I've called and mailed them a couple of times, they said, we actualy do not have the receipt numbers and they are with our attorney(they dont keen to link me to the attorney), so it seems to be diff to get the number, any body can help me how to get my I-140 receipt number from USCIS or any other source except my sponser? |
