Maybe I was not clear. ^^;;
The SR raised by my employer got a letter from USCIS stating that my I-140 is processing actively and if it does not receive any decision in 6 months, contact again USCIS. |

SR by my employer in 12/2007 was responded by USCIS after 1 month.
My attorney made several SR in 2008 and was never responded until 10/2008.
When I wrote the letter to Senator, I did not mention about SR. |

Finally~! I have received the approval email notice from USCIS today.
I-140 RD: 02/20/07
AD: 11/18/08
SR: 12/12/07
USCIS response: wait 6 mths to contact again.
1st letter to Senator & Congressman: 07/21/08
USCIS response: They are waiting for duplicate labor from DOL. The original labor was submitted with the application.
Follow-up letter from Congressman: 10/10/08
USCIS is still waiting for duplicate labor
2nd letter to Senator: 10/21/08
Senator office responded that Senator office is still verifying status of my case.
There was no LUD or RFE. |
