Topic: What are the causes of delays?

Camellia. thanks for the reply. It seems as if I did not state my question clearly. What i want to know is how long after you are rejected under the new ministerial system( the new 38 NOC classification) can one reapply. Is there a time limit or can one just go a head and reapply.
